Can't choose any options on Inspire HR

Since yesterday it does not respond to any prompts, just the current time. 
if I try to scroll up or down the time vanishes .

when I obtained my 10,000 steps it vibrated and revealed the total steps. I can still see information on my iPhone . 
I tried to restart it: the smile showed up but it did not vibrate. 
When I was swimming this week I wore it for the first time in the water because it has the swimming app, but I took it off after about 15 minutes, 

I am not sure if that is important for this issue. Any advice ?              Thanks !

  1. Confirm the steps to restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I have tried to reset it with no success.
It does nothing after the smile 😊!
