I have a new inspire 2, which is not alle to connect. This are the steps I did multiple times:
-Charge Inspire
-Download app
-Connect though app, including with code verification
-Inspire is visible in Bluetooth (but not connected)
Issues:
-Inspire keep showing: download or update the fitbit app to update
-Phone keeps asking to connect fitbit
Tried multiple times:
-reset fitbit
-reset phone
-download app again
-disconnect blue tooth
What can I do, I have a Samsung s22.
