Can't connect Inspire HR to Fitbit app

So, today in the morning it appeared my Inspire HR went off during the night. Weird, as it was charged for sure.

  • After turning it on it couldn't connect to the phone, contant sync with no effect
  • Inspire HR reset didn't help
  • Factory setting and clearing user data didn't help.
  • I removed it from my Fitbit profile to add again - didn't help
  • After reseting iphone and reinstaling app, removing Inspire from BT devices finally Fitbit app can see it as a new devivce, but now the bug I can not overcome is that 4 digits Inspire is diplaying that Im supposed to put in app does not work. All the time I get message "there is a problem with communication with tracker, try again" 
  • Also I have this "clock error" message displayed all the time.

What on earth!? How to make it work?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists after trying all these suggestions I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

Ok, thanks, waiting for the support team to contact me via email then.

 

ps. it's not a problem with sync as you wrote in your post, but with connecting to the phone. Clock error is all I have now ;(
