Can’t connect to BT between phone and Inspire Hr

Can not connect to any of my FitBit devices via Bluetooth.   Specifically my inspire her.  Trouble seemed to start after I updated to iOS 13.1 and later to 13.1.2.   I restarted the inspire hr and rebooted phone as well as turning BT on and off.  No luck.  Any suggestions?

 

Message on Fitbit app says “turn on Bluetooth to allow Fitbit to connect to accessories.  


But BT is already turned on.

This is an issue with iOS 13 and Fitbit is aware of it.

Thanks. Yes iOS 13 Is much more aware about asking for BT permission for apps. I must have accidentally clicked on no for Fitbit access. I resolved my issue by going into settings and then finding the Fitbit app and turning on BT access for the App itself. Works now. Thanks much.
