Can't connect to Bluetooth

I got my moms old fitbit Inspire 2 and I love it except for the fact that I can't connect it to Bluetooth. I would like to be able to see my notifications but I can't without Bluetooth.

I want to look into this further as well.  Every single time that I sign into my fitbit, it asks me to sync to my Inspire to my Bluetooth.  I have had this fitbit for a long time now and never had it ask to find then sync my Inspire each time.  Someone said it is due to a new Samsung update that happened awhile ago effecting people with this problem.  I'm not sure if that's the case or what.  But I want to know if this is fixable, and if so, how?!  Thank you.
