Can't delete alarms on my Inspire 2

I set my first alarms on my Inspire 2 about a month ago; there are 5 of those “first” alarms. I have been able to add a couple new ones but the 5 old, “first”alarms can’t be deleted, edited, or otherwise used. I have tried every suggestion in the threads for removing them with no luck: gone into my profile on the app, tried swiping up on the tracker, turned off Bluetooth, etc.
How do I remove or edit them so I can clean up my apps AND so I don’t get the 8 alarm limit message? Thank you!

  2. Restart your Inspire 2 once again.
  3. Log out of the Fitbit app.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  5. Log back in to the Fitbit app.
  6. Remove the alarm.
  7. Sync your Fitbit.

Hope this helps.
