I have the fitbit inspire HR . the app won't download to my phone from Google play , it just keeps saying "waiting".

@rcma It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Fitbit app. It is odd that you can't download the app. This is more of the Play store or phone issue so I suggest you ensure you have a strong internet signal and that there is enough internal space on your phone. Restart your phone and retry downloading the app.
