When i try to factory reset my Fitbit inspire 2 it restarts and goes back to the clock screen, not pairing mode. I go : settings-> delete user data -> than hold the screen for 3 sec. Is there anyway to hard reset it or is it trash now?

Hi there, @VQuick87. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As a first approach, would you mind sharing with me the reason of why you want to perform a factory reset on your Inspire 2? Are you giving away your Inspire 2? Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
If you haven't done so yet, please see How do I erase my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

I got the inspire 2 as a gift, but it wasn't factory reset when i got it from the person who used it before me. So I can't pair it with my phone if the pairing screen is not showing when i clear user data.
