Can’t file a claim

My fitbits heat rate monitor is broken. It says i’m doing an average of 90bpm when i’m doing a high intensity workout. I’ve tried filing for a claim but it keeps saying something went wrong and i need to refresh the browser. Is anyone else having the same issue??

Hi @DramaQueenDiva,

I previously tried talking to support people through an online track about the HR not working and had previously sent an email a couple days earlier about the whole issue and have still had no reply. The customer support person just told me to restart the fitbit and i’ve done that and it’s still not working and and when i go to use the online chat it’s not an option on my help page. I can only use forums or emails but can’t call or message them
