Can't find "all day tracking" in settings to export data to another tracking ap

I am taking part in a charity activity and need to log my miles in the Kilter ap.  My fitbit data isn't transferring over.  Kilter says I need to turn on all day tracking in my fitbit settings but I can't that.  This is the only way Kilter will track my miles.  Help!

Don't remember ever seeing "all day tracking".  There used to be an "all-day sync" option, but that option got removed, making 'all-day sync' permanently on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
