Can't get Fitbit app on Surface Pro

Hi all

Got my first Fitbit this weekend, very excited only to be disappointed to find it is not supported by my Samsung phone. Never even thought that they wouldn't be compatible. 

I am trying to get the Fitbit app on my Surface Pro but keep receiving the error message - Try that again, something happened at our end, waiting a bot might help. 

Any ideas?

Hi, @Turkeyschick , welcome to the forums!  

If your Surface Pro is running Windows 10 (presumably it is!) then you should be able to download the Fitbit app from the Windows Playstore.  Once you have downloaded the app, create your account with an email and password (be sure to make a note of which email address you use, as many people have several).  After that you should be able to set up your new Fitbit.

Good luck and let us know if you continue to have issues.  A new Fitbit is exciting!  Which one did you go for?

This page will direct you to the proper app.

The app required is the Windows 10 app, as mentioned above, as long as the Surface is running Windows 10.  Can be downloaded from the Windows app store.
