Can't get Inspire HR to sync

Hi,

I cannot get my Inspire HR to sync or send me updates on my steps etc I have tried resetting it, switching Bluetooth on and off as well as uninstalling and re-installing the app.

I used to have another fitbit on my account 5 years ago and adding this one has just led to constant issues.

Any ideas?

@Mandyjanek71 Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend confirming if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

  1. Make sure your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?
  2. Restart your phone, open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Set Up a Device.
  4. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
