I’ve been trying to get an accurate cardio fitness score, with no success.
I’ve completed 7 GPS tracked runs ranging in time from 10-30mins - on mainly flat terrain.
My cardio fitness score remains an estimate and hasn’t changed to an exact figure despite running multiple GPS runs.
Today out of frustration after my first run for 25mins didn’t effect the score I ran for a second time around a flat field for 12mins at a faster pace than usual and still nothing.
Why can’t I get the cardio score to stop giving an estimated range and instead give an exact number?

@Khya It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your cardio fitness score. The help article doesn't specify how many sessions are required to have an exact number. I would encourage you just to keep recording your daily activities as the data will gather on your account to provide a better calculation. I do remember a user who posted here that they got a better reading a month of recording activities (not saying that this is a rule but the experience someone had).
Let me know how it goes.

I have been using the Fitbit daily for 4 months tracking a large amount exercises during this time and at least 15-20 GPS runs. I wear it as often as possible and to sleep.
the last two weeks I’ve completed 6 GPS on flat routes for 10-30minutes with the sole intention to get a specific cardio score rather than a range. In this time nothing has changed the range remains the same.
Is there something wrong with the tracker or my account?
