Hi, I’d try restarting your tracker. Connect it to the charger, hold the side button down for 5 seconds and it should restart and come up with the smiley face showing it restarted.
I’d also make sure you are syncing to your phone. You can open the fitbit app and swipe down and it will force a sync in case the data is in your tracker and hasn’t uploaded to your phone yet.
Lastly, I find when I walk and do some other activities I manually start the exercise from the tracker by swiping down to exercise, selecting “walk” or other activity and the timer starts, it tracks my time, HR, steps and distance this way. I end the exercise when I’m done by tapping again and pressing the side button to end it.

When you say active minutes do you mean when you’re exercising? By default it takes 15 minutes to auto recognize walking, running etc. This can be set to 10 minutes also. What about if you manually start an exercise by swiping down on the tracker, selecting the exercise you will do like, walk, run etc. After you’re done you tap on it to pause it and then use the side button to stop it. Tap again on “finish” or it won’t sync up to your device. See if that works.

I’m having a similar problem. I take a walk twice a day and today I was able to start my activity with the Fitbit app by pressing the “+” and then when I finish my walk I press it again to “finish” the walk and I get some sort of “You did it” or “wohoo”. But today when I was finished when I press on the “+” nothing happens. I can’t see any walk maps from previous walks, can’t see any info with any of the “+” buttons. But my app and fit bit are synced and I’m getting notifications from my iPhone on my Fitbit. So strange. I’ve turned off my phone and turned back on, I’ve turned off my Fitbit got the smile face, but no luck.

Mine is now working. Somehow it fixed itself.
