I cant get my sleep tracker to work. It shows as added on the i phone app. It tracked friday night and showed results but hasnt worked since. The icon is dull on the actual fitbit itself and I cant seem to get it to work. Any ideas?

I picked inspire HR for Christmas, because I wanted to see my overnight HR. After setting it up and using it for a couple of days, I 'think' that I saw "Sleeping Heart Rate" once.

Now it has a LOCKED icon next to the "Sleeping Heart Rate"!

Because they want to sell me their $10 per month Premium plan. 

(My Tracfone only cost $8 per month). 

 

I don't want a fitbit Premium plan. I only want to see my night time HR! 

This is my fault, I should have specified exactly what I needed. This only seems like Bait & Switch.. 

I guess I'll have to keep using my old MIO Alpha 2 tracker!  

In the meantime, I'll be looking for another fitbit compatible app that will allow me to see my overnight HR.. If I can't find one, maybe I can sell this Inspire HR on Ebay and buy something that works for me..
