Can't get past the set up screen of my Fitbit Inspire

How do I get past the setup screen on my replacement Inspire please?  It's fully charged and set up online and on my computer but I can't work out how to get rid of the fitbit.com/setup screen on the device.

 

Any ideas please?

Hi @AmandaGeorge, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire is still showing the "fitbit.com/setup" screen, even though you already set it up.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Please don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.

Thank you so much, @JuanJoFitbit - it's all fixed now and the line was because it was installing the Firmware update that I'd totally forgotten about (thanks to my brain damage)... it's working brilliantly again now, just wish I'd used the chat thing yesterday morning instead of in the evening lol
