Hi @Gillenhaus go to the Apple store and search for Fitbit Connect. If not, see if any of the iOS download sites have that program.

Thanks, but App Store only has the app that works with iphones and ipads. We need the Fitbit Connect software for a MacBook Air. Used to be available at fitbit/setup but that link is inactive.

If you cannot open http://www.fitbit.com/setup, please send a screenshot showing us what you get when going there so we can take a closer look.
We hope that helps, let me or @Odyssey13 if you need further assistance.

I am having the same issue. There is no download here button but the one pictured. And that leads me to instructions that lead me back to the setup page. I have been going in circles for an hour. Please help!

I have the same issue. My phone has broke and i want to track my fitbit through fitbit connect on my MacBook air whilst its getting repaired however when I click on www.fitbit.com/setup page it shows no option for download on mac but just keeps directing me to a help page and then back to the same setup page. Is this an issue for only macbook air? does anyone have a solution?

Hello @livdddd and welcome to the Help forums. Fitbit Connect will not help you. I see that you are very new to Fitibt. The Inspire/Inspire HR aren't compatible with Fitbit Connect.
@Ellicass This applies to you, too.

@livdddd Sorry, the Charge 4 isn't compatible with Fitbit Connect either. You posted in the Inspire/Inspire HR forum. No harm, no foul.
