Can't install a new clock face on my Inspire HR

I want to change the display for the clock on my Inspire HR but when I choose an alternative Clock option , the app just freezes and doesn't download the new display. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, but it is still the same. Is there a bug?

Hi @OodieGPH, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced while trying to change the clock face on your Inspire HR. Regarding your question, we haven't received reports about a bug affecting the clock faces option.

 

Please try logging out of the Fitbit app, then restart your phone, open the app again and try changing the clock face again.

Thank you, but I have tried what you suggested and it still refuses to
load a new clock face.  Any other ideas?

I have just got my new Inspire HR Fitbit today. I have the same problem as you and tried all the suggested fixes with no joy.
