Recently purchased Inspire HR after years with an Alta. Charged device and connected to dongle on Windows 10 laptop. I can synch with the device (although is doesn't show up in my paired devices list). The display just shows a horizontal white line. When I try to load a clock face, the icon on the screen just spins and nothing ever loads. Per the app, running FW Version 3001.40.50. Ideas?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not loading the clock face or apps and only showing a white line. Please restart your tracker by following these instructions and see how it responds.
