I have been able to log into my Fitbit app and view my Fitbit date for over a year now. But suddenly my user name and password are no longer working. I tried the forgot password, but never got an email, so I tried every email I have in case I forgot the one I had set it up with, but no email got a password reset.
How can I get back into my account so I can have the history of all of my data??
I have a Fitbit hr and the itself device is working fine.

Let me help you with logging into your Fitbit account. Check if in any of your email addresses you are getting emails from Fitbit (weekly reports, announcements, offers, etc.) this will be able to tell you if you used that email. Also check if you had previous Fitbit emails on another account. If this is the case you can use that email to log into and setup your tracker. This way you will find the original account and be able to see your historical information as this can't be transferred to another account.

No email addresses get a reset email.. I know the email it was linked to and used to receive weekly email reports but they stopped... Looks like the account just got wiped away.
