I don't understand why I can open my Fitbit App on my Ipad but not desktop. Could I have downloaded an app for a phone by mistake.

Hi @Brucie1  you can use a smartphone or tablet, but the computer app no longer works for the computers. You can always view the dashboard, but you can't sync to it.
