Can't open my watch

I just bought my new watch and when I opened it a smiley appired however it doesn't show clock instead it shows the fitbit logo. when I tried it on the charger a battery appeared and went back to the fitbit logo . I've tried various steps from the website but the logo kept on showing. How can I setup my watch?

Hi, @Allysap , if this is your very first Fitbit, you need to download the Fitbit app on your phone.  When you open the app you will get a screen inviting you to join Fitbit or log in.  Select “join Fitbit”.

 

At that point what happens differs depending on whether you are using an Android phone or iOS, but you should be able to follow on screen instructions.

 

Be sure to remember the email as well as the password that you used for set up as you might need that info in the future.

 

If you need more help, please post again and let us know what sort of phone you are using for the set up.

Hi! I've downloaded the app and registered my account however when I tried to connect my watch to the app it only showed "no Bluetooth connection" and the screen of my watch only showed the logo.

Hi, @Allysap , the watch only showing logo is normal/ expected before set up.

 

The issue is the message “no bluetooth”.  What phone are you using?  (And, sorry for the basic connection, is the bluetooth turned on on your phone?)

 

I am sure we can get you going, but we need more info!
