Can't open the Exercise app on Inspire HR

I am trying to choose an exercise ie elliptical (which I have added and synced after added)  but cannot open on the tracker.  I have tried tapping and swiping but it won’t open.  I can swipe up and down from the clock to see the other stats but can’t get exercise to do anything.

I have the same problem and restarting the tracker hasn't helped.

Hello. I am having the same problem. I have tried restarting it and changing the clock face but I can’t get the exercise app on my tracker

Hello
I don’t have the fitness tracker on my device. I know I used to have it before but when I press the button I don’t get the option.

As I said I have restarted and changed clock face.

I appreciate the additional details. Before considering other options, I recommend adding or deleting an exercise in the Exercise Shortcuts in the Fitbit app and syncing your tracker after that. For more information, see

Hello. I have a similar problem. I don’t have the exercise app on my tracker. I have tried resetting it, changing clock face and adding and deleting exercise through app but I still can’t get it on my tracker.

Hi, i'm having the same issues with in Inspire HR... i've restarted it twice now, changed the clock face three times and reorganized/deleted added exercises twice, i cannot get the app to open.
