As far as I know, you can select dismiss if you don't want.

I switched to Google two weeks ago. Right after I had problems with my Inspire 2, mainly the time was 28 min slow and nothing I did could change it. Also my Dashboard on Google was not updating. Tried ALL the fixes many times over several frustrating days. Finally had to call in and they admitted they were still having issues with Google migration. They replaced my Inspire 2 (fitbit only, no charger, no wrist strap) at no charge as I still was within my warranty. I hope this one stays working, but I am sorry I did the migration so soon.
