Can't pair Inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The device is charged and turned on. There are no other Fitbit devices nearby. I turned my phone's bluetooth off, then on again. Still won't pair. I'm using a Samsung-SM-G935A. The phone lists the Inspire HR as an available device but it won't pair. Other devices pair just fine, car media, Beatspill, two different sound bars, iHome iBTW281 and an Mpow Flame. Fitbit Inspire HR? Nope. I need help or a refund.

@dk7195 Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your issue setting up your Inspire HR. I want to clarify that the setup is done via the Fitbit app not the bluetooth settings area. Still I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
