I've had my Inspire 2 for almost a year now and today I encountered this problem for the first time. I can't get the exercise mode to pause/stop. When I pinch the sides it just buzzes but doesn't give me to option to pause it. When I hold the sides longer I get to the quick settings, but that's no use.

Please restart your Inspire 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
