Can’t read full text in challenges chats

Hi 

I can’t see all the text in the chat in challenges. I only see the first 3-4 words of a message.

Let me help you with your chat text not showing correctly on your Fitbit app. Which phone are you using? Are you using a large font on you phone's settings? If this is the case then make sure you change it back to a normal size font and check the chat again. Also try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persists please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your phone.

I have tried all that you have suggested. I am using an iPhone 8.

Has there been any resolution to this issue? I’ve seen it on a number of forums but can’t find an answer on how to fix? Thanks

​I never heard back. I have read somewhere that FitBit doesn’t consider it a serious enough problem to do anything about
