Hi! I was logged out of my Android Fitbit account and I can't remember the password. I don't know how to fix it.
I followed the advice on other posts, where I should use a computer browser to do so. No luck. And I can't even find Fitbit Settings I can see my profile, but 'Fitbit Setting' on the homepage, and 'Settings' in the Profile page leads me to Google settings.
Please help. All I want to do is sync my device. I have an Inspire 2, not a Charge, but that option is not available on the device select list on this Create Thread page. Sorry about that.
