Can't remove Female health tile

The app on IOS has just been updated and the female health tile I’d previously removed has come back. I’ve clicked edit and taken it off several times, turned the phone off and logged out of the app. How do I get rid of it? And surely it’s my choice what tiles I have showing?

Let me help you with removing the Female health tile and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists after these troubleshoots I suggest you uninstall the app, restart your phone and reinstall the app. After this retry removing the tile.
