Impossible for me to put on!  Yes I can purchase Velcro strap but wtf!  I try and try one-handed.  Is it deliberate?  Purchased yesterday and disappointed that I can’t get the strap to close.

@E-fit Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

Let me help you with your band. Some members have commented that using warm water to help with the stiffness of the band so it is easier to secure it. Also you could try using an Inspire HR band as they are interchangeable.
