Can't see Challenges messages on iPhone Fitbit app

When I'm using my Iphone, Fitbit app, in a Challenge, I no longer can see all of the responses, such as it will have a blank (grey) speech bubble, followed by incomplete sentence, such as "Step goal complete. Three" or "That's a 4 day streak for". This never was a problem before when I had the old "One" I now have the Inspire HR.

I enjoy taking part in the Challenges but this is no longer giving me information to stay up to date in the challenge

I’m having the same problem and this didn’t work for me either.

@janicemarie Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Challenges messages on your Fitbit app. This issue is more related to the app itself than the tracker that you are using. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure that the app is up to date.

Let me know how it goes.

I did what you suggested and I’m in a new challenge and the same thing is occurring.

I am still waiting to hear something to fix this problem. Have you heard anything?

Mostly fixed mine by going into iPhone settings and making text size smaller. That’s the problem
