Can't see Inspire HR on the Set up process

Hi I go through the process to set up a new device but when it comes to selecting the type of fitbit there is no inspire HR to click on and tips would be welcomed thanks

If you can't get started with your Fitbit device, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Please confirm that you're using a compatible phone and tablet to pair your Fitbit Inspire HR. The software on your phone or tablet should be up to date.
