Can´t see Steps and Sleep registered by Inspire HR on the app

I recently updated my iphone 8 os and the fitbit ap but can no longer see my sleep analysis or steps on the ap. Why and what do i do to fix this?

Hello @Sberne 

This is quite odd. Have you tried logging out of the Fitbit app, force shut the app by swiping it upward then turning off your phone for 1-2 mins. Restart your phone then log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your username and password. I’m hoping a new refresh of everything does the trick

Unfortunately it did not work. I restarted the fitbit and even deleted the ap and reloaded it and that didnt work

Hello again @Sberne 

Just to clarify…are you saying your sleep tile is missing and your steps are the only two things missing but otherwise your Fitbit App is functioning and your Fitbit tracker as well. If your sleep tile is missing tap the edit button on the today page of the Fitbit App then scroll down, find sleep tile and tap add. Then tap steps. Scroll to the to of your screen and tap done. If that’s not the case…Can you check here to make sure your mobile device is compatible with Fitbit: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices If it it indeed compatible I’d recommend calling fitbit customer service. They can be reached here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US I personally find calling them directly or live chat as the best way to communicate. 

On another note….all your private and personal credentials appears in your last post to include your phone number. I’d highly recommend removing that since this forum is used by the public. Here’s how:

go to the post showing your private information, tap on the three small dots in the upper right corner of the post in question. Choose edit in the drop down menu. Delete all personal information then tap post again and your private information will be removed

The sleep and steps are gone and there are no tiles on the bottom of the today window

The fitbit itself is working normallybecause i can see the steps on the fitbit

In order to see the tiles you must tap “edit” at the top of your screen in the Fitbit App today page. The edit button appears at the upper right of your screen just under the icon that looks like an envelope. When you tap edit the tiles will appear. Pick the tiles you want by tapping add. When you’ve finished picking the tiles you want then scroll to the top of your page and tap done (located on the upper right) 

if at all possible can you place a screenshot here of your today page to give me a better idea of your view. You can insert an image here by taping the image icon in the posting box

Please try setting up your device again with the instructions of: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?

Hello again @Sberne 

Thanks for sending a screenshot of your Fitbit App today page. Look my my image and tap edit where I have mine circled. You will see the tiles appear after you tap edit. Pick your sleep tile by tapping add on the sleep tile. Near your existing huge circle with your calories in the center  you will see steps so tap it. When your done scroll to the top of your page and tap done (look at my image)
