I can't see the info on my watch in day light, useless!!

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Inspire 2. Thank you for the information provided.

Please make sure Do Not Disturb (DND) and Sleep Mode are turned off. In addition, please check if dim screen setting is turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your Tracker, please visit this article.

If you continue having the same issue, please restart your Tracker by following these steps.
