Can't see my heart rate while exercising with my Inspire 2

Okay, it's been a while since I used my FITBIT for its intended purpose. But, with all the changes I cannot see my heartrate while I'm exercising.  I can't organize the order of tile presentation.  As someone else said, all the useful basics are hard to find or not available.  But everyone can keep track of the menstrual periods. I don't want' or need the stress management.  Please

Please give the view of my current heart rate back.

Please let me decide what order I see things in.

Please give back an exercise/ heart rate tracker watch . Perhaps another brand has hat I'm looking for.

Hi there, @SSenser. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 2 is not showing your heart rate data while exercising. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling. I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  • Switch the Heart Rate settings from On to Off and manually sync your watch. To switch the heart rate settings on your Inspire 2, from the main screen of your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting OFF.
  • Once it's done, manually sync your Inspire 2. To do so, open the Fitbit app, tap on the Account icon, tap on your Fitbit device's image and tap on "Sync Now"
  • Next, switch it from Off to On and manually sync your Inspire 2 once again.
  • Once it's done, restart your Inspire 2.
  • Next, confirm that your tracker is snug on your wrist (the lights shouldn't be visible). We also recommend when you're not exercising, wear the tracker just above the wrist bone.

I don't need to do all this stuff, but thanks. I want to know what to tap on to see my current heart rate. I found it the other day, can't find it now.
When walking on the treadmill, I want to look at my phone and easily see how hard my heart is working at the moment.
Any help on this? Thanks
