@Rosabel Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your missing tile. Have you noticed if there is any other tile missing? This usually happens when you remove your tracker from your account. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persist then try setting up the tracker again.
Let me know how it goes.

I did not remove my tracker from my account until after this happened. I
only charged the tracker. I tried multiple things to fix it and then
finally just deleted the app and told Bluetooth to forget the tracker. and
started from scratch using my normal login name etc. That finally fixed
it. The way I decided to do that was that I saw an error message on my
phone when it tried to pair with my tracker. I googled the error message
and it said it was a 503 error. I saw a post about how to fix it and it
worked. It was not a problem with the tracker but the app. The whole time
it did not work, the data on the tracker was correct. Thank you for the
email.
