Can't see the bpm on Inspire HR

I cannot get it to register bpm when exercising...that is what I need

Thanks for reaching out the Fitbit Community. Please confirm that the heart rate feature is "On" and check if you can see the green LED lights on the back of your Fitbit.  

 

Open the Settings app  > Heart Rate > Off

 

To see your heart rate on Inspire HR, swipe up from the clock screen to see your real-time heart rate and heart-rate zone. You can also check more details about HR on page 40 in the manual.
