Was told go to profile then advanced settings. Can’t see advanced settings anywhere Not sure which inspire it is

Hi @Dyslexic click here to go to the settings page (be sure you're logged in) and it's half way down the page. The type Fitbit you have is on the dashboard of the app or the dashboard on the website.

I went to link to change clock face but only had choice of about 6 faces and none of them were 24hr clock.
Also I followed link to set up new device. Not sure I can explain this well but my charge 2 was set up 3 yrs ago, that ke ps coming up on my iPad. Can’t delete it or add new Fitbit, nothing tells me how to.
I bought Fitbit Inspire from O2 shop and sales assistant set that up on my iPhone. Nothing tells me how to delete anything and if I go to set up it takes me to the old Fitbit account on iPad or the new fitbit inspire on iPhone. If I could stick with the new Fitbit Inspire and change the clock face to digital 24hr clock, it would be a start. I’ve beeen going around in circles for over 2 weeks and really fed up.

@Dyslexic It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your Inspire clock face configuration. I noticed that @Odyssey13 has been sharing a lot of tips and guides to help you out but I believe a more visual help is needed here.
Start by making sure that your Inspire is properly setup on your account. Simply tap the top left button on your app then see if the Inspire is listed there. If it isn't listed then you will need to set it up on your account. If you need to setup the tracker you can follow the instructions in this video (besides the instructions provided by @Odyssey13 in a previous post). Additionally you can change the settings by following this other video.
If you are still having issues then please share a screenshot of what you see on the app by following these instructions.

I have tried setting my inspire hr to 24 hour clockface even got an it guy involved....no can do!!
