Alarm setting on the fitbit Inspire 2 says to install Alarms in the mobile app, but the mobile app says Alarms is installed on the fitbit. How to resolve this to use Alarms on the fitbit?

Thankyou!
please ensure this is a priority as it’s the reason why a lot of us purchased the fitbits in the first place.
Please advise a timeframe for this to be fixed.Your response is very ambiguous.

Yup - same issue here. The app was updated a couple of days ago but did not fix the issue.
I did notice that the alarms still worked by making certain that they are active on the Fitbit itself. Still - NOT working as it should!
I wish they would at least tell their "tech support" people this is a known issue instead of wasting everyone's time on the phone with them making worthless adjustments to the settings.

I have the same syncing problem. However I just found out that when I add a new alarm to the app, it does show up on my Fitbit even though the app shows it's not synced yet. I had to log off and logged in again after adding before it would show on my Fitbit.

Hi…I’ve updated using the 3.69 version and the problem is still there……everything syncing except the alarms. In the app can set new alarm times but they duplicate and don’t sync & the only way to get them to work is to keep checking they are on/off on the actual watch

Same issue. Everything except alarm is syncing on my inspire 2. Duplicated alarm on its own and shows death spiral of syncing. Created an account specifically to post on this issue.

You’d think with so many users having the same issue, they would fix it soon!

Fixed without an app update even. Though I did install a new iOS yesterday, so I did change something in the total setup.
