Can't set up for irregular heart beat

I go thru' the steps to set up irregular heart rate on Premium but can't complete it. I have the app. on an SM-A102W.

Thank you for letting us know that you haven't been able to set up your irregular Heart Rate with your Inspire 2.

Please, confirm that you have followed these steps in order to turn on irregular rhythm notifications:

  1. From the Discover tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap Assessments & Reports.
  2. Tap the Irregular Rhythm Notifications tile.
  3. Tap Set Up Now, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Fitbit can only capture your pulse rate data for AFib when you’re still. Wear your compatible watch or tracker often, especially to sleep, and sync your data to look for signs of AFib more often. For tips on how to wear your watch or tracker, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?

I cant get my fitbit to set up for irregular heart beat either.  I get up to the "I agree box" and can go no further.  Cant scroll to cotinue either.  I tried rebooting my phone and going through the discover app to no avail.

Please, let me know if you have followed the steps provided above.

In the meantime, try to perform a restart as suggested in this article.
