Can't set up my Inspire 2

Good afternoon,

I have looked through all of the topics to get our inspire 2 to pair and link to our android phone.  We have turned both the phone and inspire 2 on and off.  We have turned off the bluetooth and back on.  We have disconnected the Inspire 2 entirely and entered the pairing code.  And now, we get the message "sorry, the setup is taking longer than usual.  Please be patiend.  We're on it!"  We have been waiting quite some time.  Now what?
