Can't set up my new Inspire 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I recently received an Inspire 2 as one of the "benefits" of my Medicare Advantage plan. I am trying to set it up, but can't turn it on. I downloaded the app and installed it on my phone. I plugged the USB cable into my laptop, which is plugged into the wall. I think the charger is plugged into the device properly, because it clicks when I disconnect it. The app keeps trying to sync with the device, but cannot find it( before you ask, yes, Bluetooth is on) There are no "buttons" as such on the device, just a shiny black tablet shaped area on each side. When I press on these for ten seconds, nothing happens. Should I wait until the device is fully charged to turn it on? How do I know that it is even charging - there is no indicator on the device. Where do I go from here?

Thanks for your attempt to help. Unfortunately, I had already figured out the problem myself before seeing your post, and am now able to use the unit on my own for what I need. In the future, should I need assistance, I will keep the response time in mind before requesting assistance.
