Can't set up notifications on my Inspire 2

When I look under notifications in the app, there is no option for text, phone or email.  I have an Inspire 2.  I just want to get call, text and email notifications on the Fitbit.  I'm running Android 11 on a Moto g stylus.  Help!

Thanks! I've done everything in that article  except, under notifications in my Fitbit app, there's no option for enabling calls, texts, etc.
