Can't setup Inspire HR nor update profile picture

I wasted a lot of time last night trying to set up a new Inspire HR using my MacBook Pro. First of all, I downloaded the app from the app store. When I followed the instructions and go to select a device, Inspire HR isn't even listed. Then I'm trying to update my photo and I can't type anything in the form and Browse and Upload don't work.

@RioBrewster It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you setting up your Inspire HR and changing your profile picture. If you don't see the option on the Fitbit Connect software for your Mac computer then you will need to use a mobile device. You can use one from a friend or relative to just setup the tracker and then use your computer to sync it.

Regarding the profile picture you can change it using the website Dashboard at Fitbit.com. If it isn't loading correctly then try using a different web browser like Firefox or Chrome.
