The desktop app for Mac doesn't have Inspire HR setup as an option.
I have no smart phone.
What can I do with my unusable Inspire HR?
Sell it to someone that uses a PC?
Sell it to someone that uses a smart phone?
Let me know how I can get money back.

Let me help you setting up your Inspire HR with your Mac computer. Try updating your Fitbit connect app by uninstalling it from your computer and downloading from the setup page. If you still can't setup the tracker you could borrow a phone from a friend or relative and install the tracker on your account. After this you should be able to sync with your computer. Still if you wish to return your device and purchase it from the Fitbit store then you can reach out to our Support team. You can read the process of returning an item here. If you purchased it from a third party retailer then reach out to that retailer to see what it their process for this.

We have the same problem - setting up on the Mac and Inspire HR isn't listed as an option.
We have followed your advice and downloaded from the setup page but it didn't work.
Your advice please.
