My brand new Inspire HR will not set up. I read and tried all suggestions on these posts. I tried to troubleshoot for over 4 hours. I decided to call the help line, and was on hold for 1.5 hours. Then I tried to call again and was on hold for 30 minutes. Tried to online chat, but was waiting at number 38 for over 30
minutes. I'm thinking I may need to return this device if help is that difficult to obtain! Any suggestions?

Let me help you setting up your Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Lets try clearing the bluetooth connection between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:
