Can't start a walk activity on Inspire HR

I could not track my walking this morning with my inspire hr. The links will not work to access the the “start” button. I rebooted but nothing worked . I will mention the battery was at 20%.

Let me help you with your Inspire start button not working. This is odd and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The battery level doesn't seems to be that low but I suggest you charge your tracker by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device again and see how it behaves. If the issue persists try sharing a picture of what you see on your device.

Same here, as my Inspire is failing to fully recognise full length of my walk I am trying to start as an exercise but the play button is unresponsive, shows 'conn' on the screen. I tried another exercise ie Weights and the button works. Is this to do with GPS, if yes, mine is turned on in all the right places on mg phone etc.

Any suggestions?

Seemed to solve once I switched the the Map My Walk app (Under Armor)

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not starting a walking activity. Have you tried the restart instructions mentioned in my previous posts? You could also try removing the option that is not working, save and sync then add it again.

Yes I've tried both of those suggestions with no improvement. .

Same here. My fibit hr inspire couldn’t start exercise mode. The play button was flashing couldn’t sense the tapping.
