I have been using my Inspire HR for almost 2 years now and all was good until yesterday.
When I try to start a tracked exercise the start/play icon does not respond when I tap it.
The touchscreen on the fitbit works fine otherwise but the run won't start even though the fitbit is successfully 'connected' to my phone.
I've tried restarting the fitbit but no luck. Any ideas?

Thanks for that, turns out I was able to get a replacement device. Looking forward to receiving it and being able to track my bike rides again!
