Echoing earlier posts...Relax feature is very obtrusive and unnecessary for me.  Made me miss my last zone hour of the day as it highjacked my device and insisted I follow relax while I had been working out. Of course, I got a 'low alignment' score.   I see Fitbit has had this addressed many times over several years, but not created update to permit the ability of disabling feature which is disappointing.
