Can't swipe Inspire HR display

HR display wasn't working. Have done a normal reset and now have time showing but can't move the display to anything else. Seems to still be syncing to my phone but really annoying that I can't use anything else on the actual fitbit.

how do I reset my Inspire HR? I get time display but cannot swipe for any other feature

Put your Inspire HR on its charger and hold the button in for about 5 seconds. A smiley face should appear as it resets.

Thanks - not heard anything yet. My Inspire HR still not moving but draing battery now in about 6 hours overnight - it normally lasts me several days. Have reset it several mores times and getting nowhere.
